Step 1: Navigate to the Sales Page
Open or Create a new deal. Select Import (Only if integrated with your DMS) or select MenuLite.
Step 2: Insert Sale information on the Sale Information Page
Insert all necessary information for the deal on this page and click Save & Next.
Step 3: Forms Page- Product Contracting
At the top of the Forms Page select the payment option and click Save.
Step 4: Rate Products
Click Rate All located in the bottom right corner.
Step 5: Select rates for each product
To select a rate for a product, click the Blue Pencil button on the right side of the page. Once the Product Rater opens, select Get Rates.
Step 6: Select the preferred coverage
To find the preferred coverage, you can use the filter tool in the bottom left. Once you found the preferred coverage, click the Blue + button, then click Save.
Step 7: Mark products as Offered and Sold
The Sold and Offered checkboxes should be checked that correspond to your deal.
Step 8: Generating contracts
Click Generate All (for 1 or more products sold) or Generate on the far right of the product sold(Only for single product contracting). Once a contract has been generated, the status column will appear with a red PDF logo next to the contracted product.
Step 9: Signing Contracts
If your generated contract has a gray pencil in the middle this means the contract is e-signable and can be done by clicking Sign Contracts in the bottom right. (Note: This can be done by email/texting to the customer, on an tablet, on a topaz or the dealers computer screen.) Once Contracts have been signed the status column will change to a blue signed paper logo.
Step 10: Recap
Once contracts have been signed click Recap in the top right corner. This will open the Recap page where any notes or other deal information can be placed. Once all information is in, click the green Finalize Sale button in the bottom right. (This will lock down the deal)
Step 11: **Only Needed to Edit a Finalized Sales Information**
Open the deal and click on Recap in the top right. Click Edit Sale in the bottom right. This unlocks the deal and is now open to change information about the deal. All of the buyers and deal structure information can be found and edited by clicking the corresponding tabs in the top right of the page. (Once the deal is ready to be Re-Finalized repeat Step 10.)
