How to add and display a slideshow within your MenuMetric account.
Custom Slideshows is a feature made available so that you may maximize your selling opportunity. By having your dealership's own customized slideshow, you may more effectively educate and present the deal to the customer.
Part 1. Adding a slideshow to your Dealership account.
- From within your MenuMetric account, go to Settings > Custom Slideshows.
- You are now on the Custom Slideshows page. From you, you can select the "+ New" button to begin adding your slideshow.
- The Custom Dealer Slideshow pop-up will appear where you may begin adding information about your slideshow. Give it a unique Title and a Description. Once you are done filling out the fields you may select the "Save& Edit Slides" button.
- Click the "New" button to begin adding slides.
- The "Add New Slide" pop-up will appear. Name your slide and then use the "Upload" button to upload your slide from your computer files. Accepted file types include JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, MP4, MOV, and PDF. Max file size of 10MB.
- Click the "Save & New" button to begin adding in an additional slide. Repeat until you have all of your desired slides, then click "Save & Close".
- Your slides will appear in a list. If you would like to rearrange the order of your slides, select the "Order" button.
- Grip icons will appear. Use your mouse to grab and drag your slides into the order you would like.
- Click the top right "Done" button when you are done rearranging your slides.
- When you are done making all of your changes to your slideshows, click the bottom right "Done" button.
The Custom Slideshows page will display a list of all slideshows you have added to your account for easy viewing and editing.
Part 2. Displaying a slideshow within a deal.
- Process your deal as you typically would until you reach the Menu page. From the Menu page under the Presentations section found on the left of your page, the list of slideshows available in your account will appear.
- Select the slideshow you would like to display to the customer. Your slideshow will appear in a pop-up. You can use the buttons found at the bottom to navigate through your slideshow presentation. "Previous Slide" will bring you back. "Next Slide" will bring you forward. "Close" will close your slideshow presentation pop-up and bring you back to your Menu page.
