If you're receiving a "Print Preview Failed" error, try the below suggestions or contact your IT department.
Google Chrome's system update has interfered with the Print Preview PDF reader universally. We will put up a notification once Chrome has resolved the issue. In the meantime, here are some suggestions that may be a workaround to get you what you need. (Results do vary from store to store.)
- Download your PDF's
- From the Forms page, you can download your PDFs by clicking Display All then selecting the "Download" icon on the right side of your page. (See highlighted boxes in the image below.) You may then print directly from your computer.

- Use Adobe as your PDF reader.
- Using Chrome as your PDF reader even after you have downloaded the contracts will result in the same error.
- Display your contracts individually before printing.
- You may open up an individual product contract by clicking the Contract button.
- On the right side of the page, your product information will appear. Click Display.
- The right side of your screen will transform into the contract. From here you can either print or download the contract.
- Repeat this for each product sold.
- You may open up an individual product contract by clicking the Contract button.
- Use a different browser type. (Edge, Firefox, Etc.)
Note: We still recommend that Chrome be your main browser when using MenuMetric for functionality, but for this situation printing from another browser may be needed.
5. Most importantly we recommend talking to your IT department about what solutions may work best for you.
