      NAC Rating Change

      We've updated your connection to a direct connection to National Auto Care's DAP platform.

      Benefits of this change:

      • A more reliable direct connection
      • MUCH faster rating and contracting (we're seeing 5-10 second rating responses)
      • Faster tech support if you have any issues

      Previous: When using Rate All, you saw this through the F&I Express connection.

      New: When using Rate All, you will now see two sections.  F&I Express for your Fidelity product (if you have it at your location), and a separate NAC section that uses the new Direct DAP connection. 

      We have set this up and tested it thoroughly, but please be sure to double check numbers and let us know immediately if you have any issues.
