How to use MenuTrainer within MenuMetric and log in to your AutoTrainer account.

Get Your Auto Trainer Login


Once MenuMetric has activated MenuTrainer in your account, it is time for each Business Manager to get an AutoTrainer login. 

You will reach out to "support@autotrainer.com" stating your name and dealership name. They will provide you with user access. You will receive an email from them to create your password and login. 

 

Using MenuTrainer for "In-Office" deals. 


Note: MenuTrainer requires a microphone to operate; therefore, it is best used for deals

that are performed within the dealership finance office. 

 

  1. When you are ready to start your presentation with your customer, select the Start Recording button.

 

2. A new tab will open for AutoTrainer. Select the start record button. 

The first time you start a recording, you will need to give permissions for your microphone. Having a connected microphone is necessary for this feature to operate. 

 

3. Continue through your presentation with the customer. When you have completed with the customer, go back to the AutoTrainer browser tab and select the Stop Recording button. 

 

4. The Status section will change to say "Recording Created". 

 

5. Please ensure that you log your sale on the logging page. Once your deal is finalized, you can go to the following site to log into your AutoTrainer account: https://www.autotrainer.com/

 

 

6. In your auto trainer account, under the deals tab, you can review all previously recorded deals. Your account includes an array of reports along with a transcript of each recording. 

Note: Product Sales % is calculated.

For example, in one deal, five products were presented, but only two were sold. Yet, AutoTrainer displayed the result as 100%. The reason is that the system calculates the percentage based only on the products actually included in the Sales Pitch / BM. It does not track the full product list. So, if the BM only talks about two products and both are sold, the system records that as 100%, even if additional products were shown on the menu.
