- Next to the satellite icon, there will be a device icon. An Android, Apple, or Personal Computer icon will appear depending upon what device the customer is joining from.
- The left side will have a toolbar that only the Business Manager will see. There are 3 tab sections. Connect, Menu, and Present. We will dive into each of these in the following steps.
6. If you have not already connected your Buyer, you have the opportunity to do it now, or reconnect them from the Connect tab using the QR code.
Note: There should only ever be 2 participants in the session, the buyer and the Business Manager. If there is a Co-Buyer, it is understood that they will be in the office with the Buyer. Their signature is not needed at any point during the MenuLink process.
7. Once the Buyer has fully joined, you can switch to the Menu tab. From here, you can generate your menu, adjust your settings, and even access the Layout page as a pop-up to make quick product changes.
8. Once you have generated your Menu, it may look something like the following. Once your customer has decided which package they would like to proceed with, select the Set Coordinates button. Use the drop-down options to select the field options that you need.

The Menu tab will now have a Display and Void button to control the menu.
The Present tab can be accessed at any time throughout the process to display Presentations or Slideshows that may educate the customer on the products being offered to them.
10. Once you have finished with the customer, select the Leave Meeting found at the bottom left of your screen. A pop-up will appear with 3 options.
- End Session will completely end your meeting session. You will get a new QR code if you try to join again. Your session details and changes will not be saved (Cached) in your browser.
- Leave Meeting will keep the session open, and you can rejoin using the same QR with saved changes.
- The Close button will close the options pop-up.
If you choose to end the Session, you will be taken to the Session Ended screen Lobby. You can close your browser at any time.
11. The Business Manager will go back into the main structure of the deal and complete the remainder of the deal process from the eForms page and Logging page.
