Front End - AppOne

Front end product sales not pushing back to AppOne

Step 1: Navigate to the Logging Page

Once on the logging page check the box marked Front End next to the products that you sold as a front end product. (Checking this box keeps these products from being shown as a back end sold product).

Step 2: Log Sale

Click Log Sale

Step 3: Save and Close

Click Save and Close to push the deal back to AppOne.

Step 4: Open Deal in AppOne

Step 5: Navigate to the Back-End Products header

Notice the Front End checked products do not show as sold under Back-End Products.

Step 5: Navigate to the Front-End Itemization header

Manually add the Front End sold products under Front-End Itemization.
